GCC2 merging (was "native language support now available")

    I have volunteered to integrate rs6000 port, collect2, and loop.c
    changes into GCC2, but you have made it very difficult for me to the
    point where I do not have time to perform the additional work above
    and beyond addressing technical matters.

I agree that the reformatting made it a bit more work to integrate the
rs6000 port changes and that was unfortunate (though I made those
changes at a time I had no way of knowing you were trying to do this).

This is the first I hear, however, of your offer to integrate the
collect2.c and loop.c changes into GCC2.  Thank you very much for
offering to do that.  Can you send those changes to me when you have
them?  I don't believe either of those files has changed much
recently.
