Egcs as cross-compiler for VxWorks 68K target?

To get a native compiler for NT, the easiest way it to check out the
cygwin port of egcs that others have done, and use it.  Using that,
you should be pretty close to being able to compile up a egcs m68k
compiler.  Then your done.

For thread safe EH, you will need to either port egcs to use VxWorks
mutex and thread local data calls, or wait until I get a chance to
port it and fold it back into the egcs source base.

Other issues are you need to call resync cin and friends in a runtime
constructor (if you want cin cout or cerr to work), and arrange
configure (for libio and libstdc++) to pick up the VxWorks header
files.
