This should all be fixed now.

As I've mentioned we had a major failure on the www machine after
the power outage this week -- to get things moving again asap our
sysadmin staff originally brought www.cygnus.com up with the most
recent level0 dump (from early December).

Since then we've moved www service to egcs.cygnus.com which had
a much more recent version of the pages and put in a server
redirect from www.cygnus.com to egcs.cygnus.com.
