egcs-971215 hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.01 new bootstrap failure

	I bootstrapped egcs-971215 on hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.01 using cc for
stage1, native as/ld and BOOT_CFLAGS="-O3 -funroll-all-loops -W -Wall
-pipe" and I got the following error during the stage1 build:

 > make[4]: *** [libgcc2.a] Error 1
