egcs-971215: results on i586-linux-gnulibc1 haifa disabled

These are my results for egcs-971215 on i586-linux-gnulibc1 using

  o Debian Linux 1.3.1 +
    - GNU binutils-2.8.1.0.15
    - libc-5.4.39
    - ld.so-1.9.6
  o plain egcs-971215 plus the following patches:

Please note,  I tried both   `-malign-*=0' vs. `-malign-*=4' on  my P5
system, and 4 looks very much better than 0 (by around 20%)!

The failure of `g++.mike/p10849a.C  Execution test' is new!
