success on hpux 10.20 s800 pa2.0

(In other words a K460, PA2.0.)

It works enough to compile xosview-1.5.

When will there be support for PA2.0?

I used gas as the assembler.  Compiled with 'make bootstrap'.  I had to
compile with CC='cc -Ae' to get it to install.  With just CC=cc, it
refused to compile ansify during installation.  I did no regression tests.
