I didn't touch anything in this area.  But, that doesn't necessarily
mean anything.  Offhand I would guess that this has been incorrect for
a while, the setting of MULTIBUILDTOP in external/sax/Makefile.am
looks bogus.

Can you tell me the value of MULTIBUILDTOP in libjava/Makefile and
libjava/external/sax/Makefile (from the build tree)?  (For the failing
multilib directory.)
