	* gcc.dg/torture/badshift.c: ... this.  Remove explicit -O1.

	* gcc.target/i386/badshift.c: Renamed to...
	* gcc.dg/badshift.c: ... this.  Fix typo.  Use -march=i386 on i?86
	only.
