GCC Spec file for ARMv8/Aarch64?

You probably have to use strace to find which file GCC is trying to 
open.  It is going to be something like

   /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.3.1/specs

But the exact path will be very distribution-specific.  But it's 
probably not a good idea to patch an existing GCC installation by 
putting a file there.
