reg: building gnat 4.6.4 using gcc-4.5.1

Dear all,
I am trying to build gnat 4.6.4 using gcc-4.6.4 sources. Installed compiler
in my fedora is gcc-4.5.1.

my configure command is './configure --prefix=/usr/native-4.6.4/
--languages=c,ada'


During the build process, i got the following error,

'Specified address for "X" may be inconsistent with alignment. program
execution may be erroneous (RM 13.3 (27)) at g-shsh64.ads 103.
alignment of "X" is 8
alignment of "M_st" is 4. at g-shshco.ads 73. '

i am a newbie to Ada, i do not know how to resolve this error.
please help me.
