It hasn't been finalized, but we typically start with C/C++, in one 
release, then add Fortran support in the next major release.  So in this 
case C/C++ support for OpenMP 4.5 in GCC 6 and it's likely Fortran 
support for OpenMP 4.5 will land in GCC 7.
