Convert GCC under Cygwin Name Mangling to VC++ Name Mangling

Hi Francisco,

GCC's C++ is not compatible with MS Dev Studio's C++.  They have
incompatible C++ ABIs.

Why would you want the MSDevStudio's Visual C++ name mangling?
