Disabling specific g++ warnings

Hi.  How do I tell g++ (3.4.2) to disable the following warnings
specifically (without disabling a whole class of warnings)?

    passing `float' for converting 1 of `void foo(int)'

    converting to `int' from `float'

    no newline at end of file

The code is currently compiled with options -Wall and -W.
