precompiling with g++ for TRU64-5.1

Hi,

I'm trying to precompile my program using g++ (2.95.2).  I can get the
precompile to work if I add the macro 
__IMPLICIT_INCLUDE_ENABLED (I'm precompiling on a sun box) but when I go to
compile/link it on the TRU64 box it fails because the template definitions
haven't been included in the precompile file.  

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.  Or, does anyone have a good
set of precompile options that 
will get g++ to precompile correctly for me.  Any help would be appreciated.
