a good website to start learning c++ using the gcc compiler

I personally found Bruce Heckel's "Thinking ic C++" 
<http://www.mindview.net/Books/TICPP/ThinkingInCPP2e.html> quite useful.
They're not targetted to GCC in particular, but that should not be a 
problem, as with 3.0 GCC is quite standard conforming.
