I'm afraid this question has very little to do with GCC, so the
likelihood of your getting a response in this forum is quite low.
Bear in mind that GCC is just a compiler, the C run-time library and
whatever other libraries you're using are part of whatever
OS/environment you're running, so you should probably be asking
questions about these libraries in fora devoted to the
OS/environment.
