How the hell do I unsubscribe

I cannot unsubscribe
 
I have sent messages to unsubscribe to the email address given 
in the message source and receive a confirm email which I have 
done.
 
I get a response saying I am not subscribed but the emails 
keep coming. I have done this at least 10 times. I have emailed the addresses 
given in the return emails asking to be removed but I can't get removed. There 
is no one at this company with the email address

Please will soneone take this problem on board.
 
I cannot run my business with this amount of email traffic 
coming into my inbox.
