HELP!!! libc++ for dummies

The file INSTALL usually includes step-by-step instructions, but it
needs to be read carefully. First read it through so you get a picture
of what's happening. Make sure you know which steps concern your
computer-setup. Then read it while you do the installation.

:>Why doesn't it come ready to use in the LINUX distribution??

It most probably does. You just haven't been paying attention while
installing your distro. A typical installation usually doesn't include
it; you have specify it yourself.
