Isn't istreambuf_iterator implemented in gcc 2.95/libstdc++-v3 ?

Sadly, g++ 2.95 and 2.95.1 seem to be broken.  I had to go back
to 2.91.66 (egcs 1.1.2) and gmake 3.75.
