Isn't istreambuf_iterator implemented in gcc 2.95/libstdc++-v3 ?

Hallo,

gcc 2.95 tells me istreambuf_iterator and ostreambuf_iterator are
undeclared. Why is this ?  I have both libstdc++ and libstdc++-v3  and
work on SunOS 5.7.
