    [PATCH] riscv: Add support for riscv*-gnu (GNU/Hurd on RISC-V)

    This produces a toolchain that can successfully build binaries targeting
    riscv*-gnu.

    gcc/ChangeLog:
            * config.gcc: Recognize riscv*-*-gnu* targets.
            * config/riscv/gnu.h: New file.
