    remove inclusion of tickLib.h from gthr-vxworks.h
    
    This header is not used any more and its inclusion is problematic
    when building against Helix Cert as it might end up dragging LLVM-specific
    headers from spinLockLib.h.
    
    libgcc/
            * config/gthr-vxworks.h: Remove #include of tickLib.h.
