[gcc r14-7023] i386: Fix recent testcase fail

    i386: Fix recent testcase fail
    
    After commit 01f4251b8775c832a92d55e2df57c9ac72eaceef, early break
    vectorization is supported. The two testcases need to be fixed.
    
    gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
    
            * gcc.target/i386/avx512fp16-xorsign-1.c: Fix testcase.
            * gcc.target/i386/part-vect-absneghf.c: Ditto.
