    RISC-V: Fix typos on comments (SVE -> RVV)
    
    We have the 'V' extension (RVV), not SVE from AArch64.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/riscv/riscv-vector-builtins.cc
            (builtin_decl, expand_builtin): Replace SVE with RVV.
