The tests libgomp.fortran/alloc-comp-2.f90, libgomp.fortran/alloc-comp-3.f90,
and libgomp.fortran/allocatable12.f90 fail when compiled with fortran-dev (see
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-testresults/2014-06/msg01185.html). These tests have
been introduced in r211397.

Note that the tests alloc-comp-[1-3].f90 abort at run time when compiled with
trunk without -fopenmp.
