[Bug fortran/38589] New: internal compiler error

Hi:

  another bug,for example:

1.f:
    subroutine aaa(a,nla,nlo)
    include "1.h"
    nlo=nlo-1
    end

1.h:
    interface 
    subroutine aaa(a1,nla1,nlo1)
    end
    end interface

    i use gfortran(gcc 4.1.2) on x86_64/linux with default optimization -O2.but
compiling it give me an error message:
     "internal compiler error: Segmentation fault"
