Fixed for 3.4, since this is not a regression and it comes from the autoconfizing of the toplevel, I 
am closing it as fixed for 3.4, easy work around is just to remove the file (I do not think this can be 
safely done for 3.3.3 as 3.3.3 builds with the tools included with HPUX and the change might brake 
something).
