Two notes:

You have included no testcase. Consequently there is no way we can be _certain_ that your bug is fixed 
in 3.3.x. However, many thread bugs have been fixed, and a number of people are using libstdc++ 
without trouble.

2.95.2 is a very old release. It is not being updated any more, and gcc has changed so much since then 
that bug reports against it are no longer particularly useful.
