[Bug libstdc++/14112] Problem with Multi Threading safety in GCC 2.95.2

Hi,
Can anyone confirm me that this is the problem with gcc version = 2.95.2 and 
libstdc++ 2.10.0. Also, the response i got is:

"First 2.95.3 is almost 3 years old now.  Also 3.0 is about the same 
age.  And yes the libstdc++ in 3.0 is more thread safe. 3.3.x is even more and 
is the version should be used."

Looks like you are suggesting us to migrate our application to 3.3.x. But is 
this complete threadsafe?

Kindly let us know as this is a severe issue for our product. We have to avoid 
it. Please help us in fixing this.
