Sounds reasonable to me. I guess that devising a testcase from scratch will
be complicated so, according to the GCC development policy, the patch can
only be applied to the mainline (future GCC 3.4) for the time being.
I'll bootstrap/regtest the patch on mainline and request approval for it.
