optimization/6856: -O2 options causes Internal compiler error on hpux11.00

Hi all,

I cannot reproduce this bug with gcc 3.3 branch or mainline (20030506)  
cross compiler. I can reproduce it with 3.1 and 3.2.3. I think this PR  
can be closed.
