PPC bootstrap broken

PowerPC-linux does not bootstrap, I get an ICE during make bootstrap:

stage1/xgcc -Bstage1/ -B/opt/experimental/powerpc-suse-linux/bin/ -c  -DIN_GCC    -g -O2 -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes   -DHAVE_CONFIG_H    -I. -If -I../../gcc -I../../gcc/f -I../../gcc/config -I../../gcc/../include ../../gcc/f/bld.c -o f/bld.o
../../gcc/f/bld.c: In function `ffebld_constant_new_real2':
../../gcc/f/bld.c:1788: Internal error: Segmentation fault

If I use -save-temps the segmentation fault disappears :-(
