The libstdc++-v3 testsuite does not delete executable files on cygwin.  The problem arises since cygwin ld automatically converts foo to foo.exe

A similar problem was fixed somewhere in the gcc testsuite by unconditionally adding .exe to all executable files.  I will try and prepare a patch.  (I am on a roll with dejagnu this week)
