Tree checking ICE with Loki

The appended file is from the Loki template utility library
(http://moderncppdesign.com).  When run through gcc 3.1 it produces

smartptr.cpp:952: tree check: expected record_type, have 
   bound_template_template_parm in write_prefix, at cp/mangle.c:883

I don't have enough C++ clue to try to shrink the testcase, sorry.
