C++ Bug w/new-abi: Same function emitted twice

Current 'cc1plus -g -frtti -fnew-abi -fnew-exceptions' turns the
attached .i into the attached .s, which emits a function twice:
ValueGuts.s: 3558: Fatal error: Symbol _ZNSaC1Ev already defined.
(This is with my vtt patch; but that symbol is a function, not a
vtable.)
