C++ bug with 'using'.

Thanks for your bug report. gcc-2.95.2 says
main.cpp:19: `Test' is not a namespace
main.cpp: In function `int main(...)':
main.cpp:23: `tst' undeclared (first use this function)
main.cpp:23: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
main.cpp:23: for each function it appears in.)
main.cpp:23: parse error before `;'
so the bug has been fixed. Your program is ill-formed.
