C++ bug with 'using'.

I've got a problem writing a program in C++.
g++ gives me an 'Internal compiler error 383' when it processes the using
directory.

I've used the command
  g++ -v -save-temps main.cpp >& gcc_output.log
to generate the files that I've attached to mail.
It's really a bug?!?
