PowerPC Port.

I am using a PowerPC 750 G3, I am not sure who is in charge of thiss port,
This is a PowerMAC G3 Mini Tower, Grey, when you try to compile the
computer on LinuxPPC 5.0 it does not work it says the system type is:
powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu where on R5, glibC2.1 based system, it's
powerpc-redhat-linux (i think)  but gcc-2.95.1 does not work at all
it gets to the part testing gcc then it says "no" then it does some stuff
and does it agian, says "no" -- I am not sure what's wrong, but it will
not compile correctly..

192mb RAM
8gig Drive,etc,etc..  Glibc2.1 system..
