Irix 6.2 <> 6.3 math.h vs. stdlib.h initstate() prototype mismatch

Actually, it works quite well. Except for the single mentioned problem (math.h)
no additional warnings/errors occure, even when compiling large system dependend
packages as wxWindows, ACE, or several ORBs.

Sure. There are much more incompatibilities, especially regarding libraries
with different major versions.

Nevertheless, I will remember the patch and use it again for the next egcs
release. Perhaps 6.2 is dead then for us as well :^)
