EGCS 1.1.2 bug

I had a similar problem with my glibc2.1 system. For some reason, old g++
headers are interfering with the build of egcs in the standard location (/usr).
Try building it under another non-standard location (I used
--prefix=/opt/egcs-1.1.2) and then try compiling your program with that version
of egcs. I bet it won't segfault. If it doesn't, I made my egcs compile
correctly by completely removing /usr/include/g++, and recompiling egcs with
the --prefix=/usr.

Good luck,
Dave
