I've worked out that the problem reported by Kaveh with configuring
libf2c with multilibs occurs when you build in the source tree (due to
multilibbing mechanisms linking things around from the libf2c sub-tree
(only)).  It looks as though this should be cured by having install-sh
and config.sub in the libf2c directory.

Is this a question of making the relevant links in the CVS repository?
