bzip2-ed it's about 50K.

I've done so now; the size is caused by the include files involved.
I've put the g++ -E ouput at
ART A friend of mine in Tulsa, Okla., when I was about eleven years old.
I'd be interested to hear from him. There are so many pseudos around taking
