egcs bug

Dear Sir / Madam,

The following small program gives an internal compiler error, using
egcs-1.0.2. As the
compiler kindly asked me to contact you with a full bug report, hopefully
you have enough
information. By the way, I don't know if it is a violation of any C++
rule to initialize a variable
in the declaration of a class.
