./configure: EGCS_PROG_INSTALL: not found

With today's snapshot I started getting the following message from
./configure (and yes, I did a full `cvs update -P -d`).

Links are now set up to build a native compiler for sparc-sun-solaris2.6

This seems to come from the new texinfo, according to my tests...
