can't find stdio, etc. building m68k-coff cross from i586-linux

Thanks, I will let you know how it worked out.  Hopefully, next week I 
will be at the client's site where I can get the real include files
for Chorus, and we can discuss what we need for the bare target.  

We would consider RTEMS for tha bare powerpc, but it is not ported
yet, and we estimatee we could get Chorus ported for about the same
price, so we just have not yet decided what to do on that one.  Right
now, we are treating in as bare metal.
