1. The problem appeared with dejagnu971222 (not finding libio and
headers).

2. It disappeared using HJ Lu's patch posted on egcs on 98/03/21,
introducing proc lookfor_dir_with_trigger.

3. dejagnu980525 shows the same problems with libio, libstdc++,...

4. Dump application of HJLu's patch on the latter does fix libio problems,
but the problems with libstdc++ remain.
