DWARF2 output bug?

Hi,

I'm currently working on a debugger that should work with executables generated
with egcs. I've found a discrepancy between the output generated by egcs and the
DWARF2 documentation, in the statement program prologue I'm missing the list of
directory paths called 'include_directories'. Is this a bug in egcs?
