internal compiler error - egcs 1.0.1 on redhat 5.0

Hello it is me again :)

I've also attempted to compile kicq, another KDE app. I get 
substantially the same output when I compile this as I did
when compiling mico:

I've not had problems compiling other stuff (for instance, kde itself)
with egcs before. Both seem to reference streambuf, so are these
related?

I'm going to recompile something that I've known to work before just
in case it's not a new hardware problem or something.
