AFAIR, it is unrecognized, but dg-compile is some kind of default,
while the test is not run if "dg-do run" is not recognized.

The code has been extracted from gamess in which the typo is not
present (I have checked with Joey Ye). Here DAXPY does nothing:

...
      subroutine DAXPY
      end
...
