Gfortran, the topic of this mailing list, is almost certainly found in 
the opensuse package repositories, and should thus be straightforward to 
install with yast (or whatever suse uses these days).

Gfortran is a quite complete Fortran 95 compiler with some F2003 
features, and thus it's also a F77 compiler as F95/2003 are supersets of 
F77 (with a few exceptions, that gfortran supports for backwards 
compatibility).

Ifort is a commercial product made by Intel, and has nothing to do with 
the GNU project. I suggest you contact Intel and ask for a local reseller.
